End User License Agreement

SpecTec Sounds, LLC

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of software, applications, and digital services provided by SpecTec Sounds, LLC ("SpecTec," "we," "our"), including integrations with third-party platforms used in the delivery of our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Services

SpecTec provides commercial audio/video installation, integration, and service for businesses. Our digital tools support:

  • Service order management and work documentation

  • Invoicing and payment processing via QuickBooks

  • Scheduling and calendar management

  • Communication and project coordination

  • Equipment tracking and warranty management

3. License Grant

SpecTec grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to interact with our digital services solely for the purpose of receiving services from SpecTec or conducting business with SpecTec.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any SpecTec software or systems

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SpecTec systems or data

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any SpecTec digital tools

5. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, processes, and proprietary systems used by SpecTec remain the exclusive property of SpecTec Sounds, LLC and its affiliates. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Data Handling

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Third-Party Services

SpecTec integrates with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. SpecTec is not responsible for third-party service availability or terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpecTec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our digital services.

10. Termination

SpecTec may terminate or suspend access to digital services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

12. Changes

SpecTec reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
